SPAN will hold a Wellness Wednesday workshop on “Imagery, Energy Work and Accupressure.” Dr. Wendy Henry, Lac, DAOM, RTNADA and Bethany Leddy, Lac, a Reiki Practitioner and Chinese Herbalist, will lead participants through acupressure and energetic exercises to calm the nervous system and other grounding exercises to effectively support ourselves, co-workers, friends and family.
